Wristbands for patients
Patient wristbands with barcodes are used for patient identification and particularly to ensure better safety of patients. They should also help medical personnel avoid mistakes. Wristbands have an antibacterial layer and protect from infections. The assortment of wristbands includes sizes for adults, children and infants, various colors, self-adhesive clasps or clip-on locks, as well as versions for thermal transfer or thermal printing.

We offer wristbands of well-recognized companies like Zebra and Sato to facilitate identification.
Plastic wristbands with space for pieces of paper (in various colors). ). It is the cheapest solution, but also the least durable as well as time consuming since each time the form must be filled in manually. The material used to produce the wristband (usually vinyl) is not very durable while its properties and chemical content is not the best solution to be used in healthcare.
Inserts with HC100™ wristbands
Wristbands for the HC100 printer are delivered in form of modern, easily-replaceable Zebra inserts.
Those easily replaceable inserts with wristbands are intended for use with Zebra HC100 wristband printers. Inserts with Z-Band Direct and Z-Band QuickClip are available. Each insert has a radio chip that automatically calibrates printer settings and has a programmed optimized printing speed and temperature to ensure the maximum durability of the print.

Z-Band® Direct
Zebra Z-Band Direct wristbands allow automatic verification of identity at hospitals and other facilities that wish to increase work effectiveness and data accuracy in order to limit costs and the number of dangerous errors. Printing of Z-Band Direct wristbands does not require the use of a coloring ribbon and they are compliant with the requirements applicable in the healthcare sector with regard to identification and safety of patients. Wristbands with self-adhesive clasps do not contain latex, they have special coating resistant to UV radiation and they ensure great durability thanks to resistance to water, alcohol, solvents and mild cleaning agents. Moreover, they generally have a Zebra antibacterial coating with pending patenting procedures.

Z-Band QuickClip™
Zebra Z-Band QuickClip wristbands for thermal printing allow automatic verification of identity at hospitals and other facilities. A secure clip-on prevents taking off wristbands and putting them on again. Printing of Z-Band QuickClip wristbands does not require the use of a coloring ribbon and they are compliant with the requirements applicable in the healthcare sector with regard to identification and safety of patients. Wristbands do not contain latex, they have special coating resistant to UV radiation and they ensure great durability thanks to resistance to water, alcohol, solvents and mild cleaning agents. Moreover, they generally have antibacterial coating.

Z-Band 4000
Zebra Z-Band 4000 wristbands offer perfect print quality and ensure seamless identification of patients and people at events. They have a self-adhesive clasp, contain no latex and are resistant to water, smudges, abrasion, alcohol and mild cleaning agents.

DuraMark wristbands
Wristbands are adjusted to the patient’s stature and that is why they are available in three sizes: for infants, for children and for adults.
SATO is also a company that distributes printers which (with their small power consumption) have the option for immediate printing of identification tags, e.g. labels that will be attached on blood containers and samples.

Smart Wristbands
Zebra wristbands with an RFID 13.56 MHz identifier are locked with a protected clip-on; they ensure fast and seamless identification of patients and offer flexible possibilities as to reading and saving data. Wristbands with RFID technology can hold the same data as wristbands with barcodes, but scanning does not require their direct visibility, which means that the data can be read through clothes or bed linen. Zebra Smart Wristbands can be used for patient identification, to verify age of people at events, and for handling of non-cash transactions.
